Warburg Research GmbH has one of the broadest coverage universes in the German stock market. Based on a sector-oriented research approach the companies are covered independently of their market capitalisation with a focus on small and mid caps.

Warburg Research has evolved from a merger of SES Research GmbH, which was founded in 1996 as one of the first bank-independent research companies in Germany, and M.M.Warburg & CO's equity research division, which was incorporated into the Warburg Research GmbH on October 1, 2010.  

Our activities centre around the consultation of international institutional investors in collaboration with M.M.Warburg & CO's equity sales division on the basis of a broad research pool with more than 200 listed companies. Apart from analysing companies, our team also advises on IPOs, capital increases and replacements.

M.M.Warburg & CO holds 100% of the shares in Warburg Research GmbH.
